Shipping
All items will be shipped through UPS and will be the responsibility of the purchaser. In stock items will be shipped within 24-48 hours after receipt of order. Items that are not in stock or labeled pre order will be shipped when the items become available. We will provide an estimate once order is purchased or you can contact customer service for an estimate before you order.
Return Policy
30 day return or exchange policy. Items must be in original packaging and unused and undamaged. Curio will inspect your returned items before issuing a refund, exchange or store credit. Shipping costs will not be refunded and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to set up the return with a carrier of their choice. We recommend using a reputable carrier such as UPS or FED EX. If you would like to initiate a refund please contact us at info@curio.shop and indicate your order number.
